I see no issue with them working on it, but so far as I know nobody is anywhere close to a working prototype tesla gun yet so it'd be a bit odd to think a nation is already producing tons and everyone else just started thinking of them.

But its not my thing, so Serp and Sigma are the ones to talk to.
