[@edgeout] I'm pretty sure that independence stemmed less from the rare medal and more Metabee being kind of a giant asshole. Most of the other characters were best friends with their medabots, so it's understandable why they'd be more loyal and willing to take orders. I mean, Warbandit had a rare medal and he had pretty much zero personality and just followed orders to the letter.
