Well, I'm assuming it'd be like a normal security company in terms of positions. There'd be the regular guards, then maybe squad leader would be the next step up. After that it'd be the high end positions like a security officer for their actual premises, or even head of security for their premises. Since CEOs are only actually meant to cover business dealings and stuff there'd be someone overseeing all the field operations and also probably a leader of staff as well.
