Occupation: Enchanter - Kotoe's daily job and living is to create magic scrolls and enhance or fix those bought to her for a reasonable price.

Skills: Caretaking of all racial varieties, medicinal support, and cooking.

Powers: Kotoe excels in all types of magic. The creation of it, the strengthening or dispelling of it, etc. She has the capacity to enchant armor with special wards, seal places with runes, or perform simply daily tasks as bring inanimate objects to life to make them do their intended task without a human's help.

Inventory: 
Witch's Hat - She tends to pull many things out of this hat. Bread? Got it. Chipsqueak? Yep. Bastard Sword? Don't ask how, but it's in there.
The Song of Fire - One of the two crystals at her sides at all times. This crystal seems to be made from her magic to assist her in her working. The Song of Fire only seems capable of emitting destructive or offensive magic.

History: Kotoe is not a direct native of the village. Rather, instead of simply traversing in, she was found by several locals living inside of a monster's den without notion of anything alive outside of monsters as a species. She adapted quickly once taken into the village, and even set up a shop to use the talents she had for the sake of convenience to others.

Point of Interest: Freezerburn Librarium - The magic shop that Kotoe runs on her own. It is open from sunrise to sunset, and is usually one of the few buildings that remains busy even in the dead of night with Kotoe's preparations for the next day.
