"Hey! you there! Come-" as one of the hunters were calling for Maxi, they could feel a cat pressing against their legs. They looked down trying to shake the feline off but Salem was persistent. Maxi, along with Lavender swiftly rushed pass the hunters as they were still trying to shake the feline off "Where the hell did this cat come from? dammit...man I hat cats..."

Maxi hastily walked on further until reaching the entrance to the subway. He looked back, showing admiration for the clever action to help him get away from the hunter....and there he thought, this was going to be an all out fight to get away but..Malcolm proved to him that there was another way to handle things. Maxi held onto Lavender's hand, walking down the steps to the station where he'd wait on Malcolm to meet back up with him.
