Air Mimicry: Cel literally turns into thin air. With training, it can become a decent defense against direct attacks and also make her invisible. Initially however, she has little control over it- her body instinctively vaporizes when she is overwhelmed by her emotions or finds herself in a painfully uncomfortable situation.  
Aeroportation: She can transport herself and others by air. The catch is that this ability is of little use if the atmosphere is extremely thin or when there's absolutely no breeze.
