Personality: Quite possibly the angriest six-year-old in the history of Riverview, Luca is petty, aggressive, short-tempered, ill-mannered, and just plain all around mean. Petty vengeance is her greatest and quite possibly only passion, though being a six-year-old there's not a whole lot she's capable of accomplishing yet. 

History: Luca has not smiled once since birth. Her parents, who had moved to Japan shortly after Luca turned ten months old, had to work long hours at the Serbian embassy, and as such were unable to give her proper care and supervision. In an attempt to remedy this, they bought an ALC-type medabot, whom they named Mary-Ann, as a houseworker and nanny. Luca has been more or less brought up entirely by daycare workers and her medabot, which may very well be why she's such an awful child.

R. Arm: Flamin' Mallet - A marksman rifle arm with long range and high accuracy. 
L. Arm: Hedgehog - A standard utility arm that links to a floating, mobile spy drone. 
	L. Arm Alternate: Vakuum - A vacuum arm used by [url=http://medarot.meowcorp.us/wiki/Brightness]Brightness[/url], it can be used to pull, push, or pin down enemies by generating strong air currents. Also doubles as an actual vacuum cleaner.
Legs: Tea Party - Fairly standard bipedal legs with a decent balance of mobility and stability.
