For your Tuner, the explosives wouldn't be actual C4. They're probably be, like, um, some kind of moldeable explosive substance he can generate and toss at things. Weapon-Type Tuners don't use real-world weapons unless they're powering up a pre-existing one.

[@PKMNB0Y]: Both are mostly fine, but by the same token his weapons are probably just based on the mundane ones.

They'll also probably get more and more unlike the mundane ones the more power he adds to them.

[@KoL]: You don't play both sides of a pairing. This is to prevent people from being stuck RPing with themselves. Basically, you talk to another player about pairing up.
