I actually made some further edits to Toko. 

Added a skill. (He's now a mechanical weapon engineer...yaaay...Or rather, he designs crossbows.)

Made him a scrawny, fucking weakling. (Because...I wanted him to be a scrawny little shit that can't throw a punch.)

Changed some key words in his jutsus. (Crossbows can't use arrows...duh..)

Added a few sentences to his Kekkei Genkei and changed his weapon. (Again...no arrows. They be bolts...)
