Would there be a chance to visit the ruins of London, or Portsmouth and Southampton, or Birmingham further north?

This made me think of something [@Kingfisher], will we be getting a map of this new UK in its new, fashionable fallout look with new towns and locates and markers for old down (since christ I'm not from Britain and could only put London on a map, that's the part north close to Scotland and Middleheim right? :P) or will it just be a map of the UK with a filter over it?
