In 1979, the ground-breaking real-robot anime Mobile Suit Gundam aired in Japan for the first time, resulting in the boom in the sale of plastic model kits based on the robots, or “Mobile Suits” of the show. The sales of the model-kits, or “Gunpla” as they are commonly called by fans and officials alike helped the franchise grow, making more shows and new Gunpla available at shows. This resulted in countless kits in different scales such as the “High Grade”, “Master Grade”, “Perfect Grade” and “Real Grade” made for builders of all sorts. They are able to be customized as well, making way for new Mobile Suit ideas through new color scheme or new equipment/features, making the possibility infinite.  

The boom was brought even further by the discovery of Plavsky Particles by PPSE. The Plavsky Particles have the property to animate gunpla, finally allowing the common dream using your own Gundam to fight others. With no risks of lives unlike the television shows, a lot of people joined the hobby. The surge of popularity resulted in World Tournaments where builders from around the world gather to determine the best Gunpla and fighter but that is another story.  Now we are 12 years after the 7th Gunpla World Tournament. The expansion of Gunpla Battles saw no brakes that apart from the world tournament, other tournaments began appearing in the horizons such as the regional tournaments and under 19 competitions held nationally. Though this is about the start of a new world tournament. Where people across the world will be competeting from Nielson Labs Summer Academy to various other schools and establishments and of course world class fighters as well. So let the start of a new era begin shall we?

I used to run the Akiba Academy gunpla rp but due to the sheer amount of problems and the amount of people quitting I decided a fresh start was needed one that would allow for "world" tier customs without the problem of being new or fresh students being involved. This also ties in the Nielson Labs rp that was once run by [@Pilot231]. With that said I am laying a few ground rules after seeing what a lack of rules caused.

- Listen to GM and Co-GM. The GM's will act and judge as fairly as possible for the RP. Respect his or her decisions. 
- No overpowering okay? At some point with the excuse of build problems, some enemies and allies may be stronger and you should know the limits of your character and Gunpla. With that said things are not going to be a one shot kill type of fight. Suits will be unbalanced at times due to weaponry and so forth this is unavoidable but with that said don't expect for things to automatically go your way that is not going to happen. 
- Second there will be no energy cap limit not only would it be hard to set a limit but it would also be near impossible to really work one in since there are more variables that must be taken into account. Also to make things a bit fair energy fields such as the I and GN Field can not automatically weather any attack things can and will break through with enough force or through other means remember that. 
- Char sheets can and will change that is just how things work people are going to build new suits etc. With that said if you have a change or a edit to make contact me and we can discuss said change before implementing it and when said change can come into play. There will be no changes in sheets during fights unless certain requirements are met.

- First the change must be minor no adding systems or features last minute
- Second I fields and GN Fields can not be added during a fight as the first one states
- Third and finally most suits are bound to carry 3 basic items a beam saber, a beam rifle/gun, and finally vulcans if you are adding these due to forgetting or that say so and I will allow the change though these will be basic ones and not special upgraded ones like a twin buster rifle, or a mega beam saber etc.
