An explosion dully echoed through the bathhouse's sturdy walls, causing his crumblemuffins to hop. It was if a quake had rang out! Besides hearing it, Trouv also felt it through the soles of his feet. Seeing that one of his muffins had fallen onto his side, he quickly set it proper with a flick of his wrist. Shortly after he had made all his desserts presentable, black eyes dashed to the doorway as the silhouette of a certain witch spread across the lobby. The chef smiled at the girl as she approached the front desk. He knew the lavender-haired girl was quite the witch! When some of the glowing stones stopped working, he had brought them over to her and she returned their light. He had never seen magic flow so smoothly through someone before, much less someone that looked to be around his age. "Nice to see you too, Kotoe," Trouv said with a laugh. He then wondered exactly how combustible chipsqeaks were. The little animals didn't bug him that much, but he knew many people that had been attacked by a pack of the damn things. "One hour in a plain old water-water bath would be fifty, plus additional fees if you want to toss in some goodies." He quickly surveyed Kotoe's condition and made a disapproving clicking sound with his tongue. "I'll throw in some oils and bath salts to get rid of all that grime. Some Lemon Salt might do you well if you don't have any open cuts. They're on me- this time! Here you go," reaching under the desk to find a tag, he quickly looked and handed it over. It had the image of a seal was engraved onto it and was tied to a black string. "You're gonna go in the Selkie Tub, alright? When you take the stairs down, it should be the first enclosed area to your left." Trouv looked up as another customer walked in. Seeing that the other was ogling over his desserts, the chef couldn't help but grin with pride. "Welcome! Are you gonna buy one of Trouve's Tasteful Treats?" He made a lifting action with one hand to levitate the four different desserts he had in stock. "This is today's special, Froggy-Apple Crumblemuffins! They're made from extract and not real Froggy-Apples, but that's for the best. I also have Never-melt Ice Cream! You gotta be a mage to prepare this one, but luckily for you two I am rather familiar with cooking spells. It won't melt unless you eat it! They kind of look like crystals, don't they? They're ice flavor of course." He floated the desserts in orbit around the two, moving them at a rhythm so it appeared they were dancing. "I also have Turtle Pie! Don't worry," He whispered while holding the back of his hand to his mouth, "they're not really made of turtles. I actually made these ones out of chocolate. They're just called turtle pies because of their hexagonal shape." Pushing down with both of his hands, he rested all four of the items on his counter. "And lastly, we have some Twenty-Five Carrot Cake. I was actually trying to make Twenty-four Carrot Cake, but I added an extra carrot by accident," Trouv laughed sheepishly as he scratched his arm absently, causing blood to start dripping out of his cut.
