[@Exit] Although it was stated that characters could start anywhere, I wanted to make sure I still asked before writing out mine. I had an idea for my character being born into/living in the upper ring. If that's alright, then yaaay! Either way, its 4 am and im feeling inspired to write. After reading through all the information, I was so interested that I suddenly had the need to work on a character. :) I'm going to be making my character a future earthbender.
