Well, it all depends on the delivery method. If the enhancement only affects the temperature of the sword itself, making it either cold or hot, then 200 and 50 celcius are pretty low temperatures - heat transfer takes time to happen, so unless you manage to press your sword into your opponent and hold it there, it won't do much.
