She's spacey and tends to ramble about anything under the sun. Her interest in anything new often leads her to libraries where she will gladly read for hours, a habit she picked up from her childhood. She'll spiel off facts that she's read to anyone who will listen only aiding in her inability to hold one topic for very long. She has a fondness for animals especially reptiles, and anyone with an animal who she meets is sure to be presented with a "your cat is very beautiful" or "may i pet your dog" or "did you know there's a sport in England about ferrets". She tries very hard to be kind to everyone she meets. She'd love to have as many friends as possible, yet again due to her past. She has no clue really to have a friend, and may tend to be a bit over the top. She loves learning new things, and will work very hard to get things done right. Unlike most wizards she sees two ways to solve every problems: magic and mundane. She tends to lean towards mundane when tasks can be done easily by hand or if there is a muggle tool for doing the specific thing (cleaning, lighting candles, picking things up). The harder a task is the more likely it is she'll think to use magic. History: Brynn is used to having no friends and "being the weird girl" she's got her mom and the librarians anyway so who cares right? On occasion she made things change form, leaving her mom very confused at porcelain mice and birds made of leaves. Sometimes it was the frogs, squirrels and birds that came to her when she called that startled her mother. The strangest thing by far however, was the way that she knew things. At first she just seemed to enjoy making up stories about people, just the things they where doing, where they were going, but then she told stories to her mom, about her mom, things her mom had been worrying about for weeks but would never tell anyone let alone her only child. Things about her no good father and her dead brother. All the worries of money and finding a new job. Things a child shouldn't know. Next came the doctors who just wanted to talk, they swore nothing was wrong or different about her, she was just a good guesser and a story teller, though they were lying out their mouths and she was a freak. Her mother wasn't convinced she was a guesser either and decided she needn't be any where near "normal" people. But being a single mother trying to conceal her strange daughter was not easy, mostly she just let her child do as she pleased, that was the most she could do for her little girl. Brynn home schooled and enjoyed her small home on the outskirts of a little village in the middle of nowhere. So armed with a library card and a backpack of snacks Brynn set out almost daily to read, learn, and have a good time on her own. She would stop by the library for books on every subject from raising frogs to planes of throughout the ages. Shed nap in the grass and climb trees, her child hood could not have been better, despite all the onlookers who seemed disturbed by her and the lack of anyone her own age. She didn't mind them at all. The letter was a surprise. It arrived by the normal means, owl, when her mother was away at a new job. As it turns out that was all for the better, as her mother hated animals inside. Just as quickly as the owl came it left, leaving the large envelope addressed to Brynn. At first she was confused, who'd want to send her a letter, but upon opening it she knew it was meant to be. Convincing her mom, oddly enough had never been easier, to be rid of her for an entire year except during the summer, only having to pay for the books and other school things, really it was the economical thing to do. In other words her mom didn't read the letter. Her mom was just glad some school actually wanted her daughter and didn't think twice on how they found out about her. Getting Brynns school things was the most awkward part for her mother, at one point about halfway through getting books she told Brynn to get the rest of her things on her own, gave her some money and went back to the car to wait. Her mom thought she was hallucinating. Brynn didn't mind at all, she liked the book store and the pet store and all the wonderful things all over the place, all of it was weird and perfect just like her. She could tell that she was going to like her new school.
