Isaak got a little annoyed at Byrnn's comment about Slytherin, as usual it seemed like his family's house couldn't get a break. It looked like a little bit of explaining would probably be good.

"Well every house has its positives and negatives, even Slytherin. Yes the house has had a history of attracting dark witches and wizards, but the main theme of the house is seeking to be great and have the ambition to make your life extraordinary, Carpe diem or 'seize the day' as the Latins called it and Slytherins stick together. I would also like to point out that Merlin was a Slytherin and is considered one of the greatest wizards of all time. As for the other houses, Gryffindors can be impulsive and reckless with their bravery. Ravenclaws are great at academics and incredibly smart, but they have the tendency to be stuck up and sometimes back stab one another. Hufflepuff just don't any of the qualities of the other three houses. My dad told me about all this when he went to Hogwarts" he explained to them and Isaak was surprised by how good he was at remembering the things that his father explained him about the four houses.

He then turned his attention to Lavender as she complimented his ferret and he gave her a smile.

"Thanks, my family wanted to get me a cat or owl, but I always wanted a ferret. Your owl is really beautiful and it's nice to meet you too Lavender" he said to her politely.
