You know when you are reading through an OOC thread, watching the RP develop and hoping it's going to still be open when you get to the end?

Anyway, 1)Are you still open and 2) what's the feeling on a character with brain-draining power?  In essence, the ability to make other people temporarily, effectively stupider?
