[b]What are Tomes anyway?:[/b] [color=Cadetblue]Tomes are devices manufactured and distributed by the Imperium on a global level. Their purpose is to simply assist in the control of magical potential lying dormant in each and every person. Hence forth, they summon the true essence of one's soul and gives it physical form to utilize. As it channels one's inner magic through the use of technology, the results can create nearly impossible outcomes. Tomes take the initial form of books with blank pages. Depending on the person's soul, a Tome may manifest into a variety of things. From a weapon to a pencil, Tomes choose the one object that most represents that person's soul and proceeds to take that form. Each person is different, and so each Tome has a colored surface unique to each individual.[/color] [b]So where do I get a Tome?:[/b] [color=Cadetblue]Artificial and training Tomes are provided by various different Imperium hosted Academies around the world. Genuine Tomes can be purchased on the market, all coming in a standard format. The Tome will morph to its user's preference when activated for the first time.[/color] [b]Wait, academies? There's school?:[/b] [color=Cadetblue]The Imperium seeks to encourage and educate the youth of today by hosting academies that are presenter around the world. Basic schooling as a well as occupation training are provided until students graduate and either join specific ranks of the Imperium or simply go into the workforce. Three years are needed for a student to graduate, and a colored emblem is assigned for each year: Blue for first years, Yellow for second years, and finally Red for third years. After graduation, a student is selected to different branches of the Imperium of they exude exceptional ability.[/color] [b]So what are the three branches?:[/b] [color=Cadetblue]Technically there are four branches of the Imperium, each headed and directed by The Superior. Each branch is also personally commanded by the Four Knights of Ragnorak. The branches are as follows: Intelligence Division, Military Division, Judicial Division, and Observer Division.[/color] [b]Knights of Ragnorak?:[/b] [color=gray]Yggdrasil:[/color] [color=Cadetblue]The Platinum Knight. Leader of the Four Knights as well as the one with the most direct contact with The Superior. Leads the Observer Division. Those in this division have the sole task of personally safe guarding The Superior's life as well as directing the activities of the other three Divisions.[/color] [color=ed1c24]Asgard:[/color] [color=Cadetblue]The Crimson Knight. Leader of the Judicial Division and assistant to Yggdrasil. Those in the Judicial Division are the most associated with the law and maintaining stability in the world. They are judge, jury, and executioner, doing so for not only the world but also the other three Divisions as well.[/color] [color=fff200]Midgard:[/color] [color=Cadetblue]The Golden Knight. Leader of the Military Division. This Division is solely responsible for enforcing order on a local and global level. They are usually the ones to end skirmishes as well as flush out potential riots and terrorists. Although it hasn't been called upon, this is the Division that declares war and begins any campaign.[/color] [color=7ea7d8]Nifilhiem:[/color] [color=Cadetblue]The Cerulean Knight. Leader of the Intelligence Division. This Division keeps all of the world's history and records at hand and secured, making them true librarians and scribes. Categorizing all of mankind's past, present, and possible future, they are the historians and predictors of the Imperium.[/color] [b]So how do the Legend Relics fit into this?[/b] [color=Cadetblue]The Legend Relics are ancient stones that, when applied to the user's Tome, can grant them the powers of one of the Seven Heroes depending on the colored Legend Relic. However, a Legend Relic possesses the mind and body of its owner when used, forcing the lingering will of the past Hero to bleed through the user.[/color]
