[@Undine] I'm going to say that it was some lucky networking with an NPC unless someone else wants to take up that spot. I would have asked if [@Xtreme]'s some how found my guy on said list and then I remember what exactly talent agents do xD

Another explanation I thought of on a whim for the reason why there are/may by a bunch of younger people is that the more exprienced, aged people don't trust Jake after his little scandal thus forcing him to look for younger, fresher people who would be willing to take up the job to get into the industry. Just an idea
