tho instead of calling your superpower water, why not go with Hydrokinesis or Water Manipulation? Water just falls kinda flat. other then that he looks good to me :3c I'll leave final word up to McH as she might want to change the CSes a bit maybe sorta IDK SHES SLEEPING RIGHT NOW,,,
