I shall express my interest.
I'm not a tech (and even less coding) wiz but programming mechanisms seems very odd thing to bring up rather than the code (literally everything a machine should think, follow and know) having been altered by the virus possibly creating a bug (something happening that should not, derived from old day computers that were huge taking up a room just for the machine and being that big when an insect [a bug if you will] crawled into it caused a malfunction or other unintended side effects)
there could have been a massive leap in tech in that time realistically looking at our tech's development speed (though we were supposed to have hover boards and that other stuff. As far as for drugs, I can't say what information would have been destroyed in war but there could nano-machine capsules made for healing the body especially from the inside. I'm not going to just list all possible advances and the like but there is just some idea (at least as far as I know and/or have understood) even if I can't say what the world would be like anyway.
