... As Spoopy stated, Verthaven is a pretty big ass city. With like, lots of people, and lots of different stories. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch (And by that I mean, not at all) if your character was one of the many people who haven't been encountered yet and it'd be plausible.

From a meta-perspective, most character introductions go like solo post or two, then collab. *Shrugs*
