When an 18-year-old comes in wanting a finger tattoo. It's one thing when the person is an experienced adult, it's another thing when someone comes at me fresh out of high school, no direction, wanting a job stopper tattoo. When someone wants an elaborate, detailed, tattoo that "can't" be bigger than 2"x1". I cannot fit ten pounds of crap in a five pound bag. When someone tells me they want a wrist tattoo upside-down, so it faces them. I have been really good at convincing folks not to do this for well over a year now. The reason being is I ran into men and women over the years, a bit peeved that their entire sleeve faces the opposite direction of their wrist tattoo. Meaning it looks a little disjointed from the surrounding images. Blah. Other than that, I LOVE my job.
