[indent]Min is delicately pretty, with Asian skin and eyes, dark brown hair, and she stands at 5'5".  Her eyes are a dark shade of brown, her features are fine, and her hands and feet are small.  Don't let her slight, yet curvy frame fool you; she's stronger than she looks, and very flexible.[/indent]
[b]Personality[/b]
[indent]Patient.  That's the first thing most people notice about Min, her seemingly endless patience.  She's very dedicated to anything she considers important; anything unimportant will be ignored until she has the time to deal with it.  Most people don't know it, but she has a dry, sarcastic wit that she only shows to those she trusts.[/indent]
[b]Biography/Background history[/b]
[indent]Min's early life was fairly ordinary.  The only daughter of two Chinese people who moved to America, she grew up as one of the boys, tagging along with her two brothers on their adventures and learning to tussle with them.  That all changed when she hit puberty.  Suddenly, her brothers realized that she was, in fact, a girl.  That didn't stop Min, though; she insisted that her parents enroll her in judo and karate and, when she turned 18, her father bgan to teach her to handle firearms.

It wasn't a surprise to anyone who knew her that she joined the US Army when she came of age.  She spend the next several years using her skills with weaponry to the government's advantage, as a "specialist".  Min went on a good few Black Ops before her powers developed at age 29.  Hiding them, she spoke to no one of her new abilities and went on with her life, but she was discovered after less than a year and dishonorably discharged.  The moment she set foot back on American soil, she was snatched up and sent to ORB, as charges were placed against her for "deliberate murder of a superior officer".  It wasn't deliberate.  Her powers, which she couldn't really control at this point, reacted to her heightened emotions when he was ranting at her for being a "filthy monster" and struck him.  He was killed instantly.[/indent]
[b]Powers[/b]
[indent]Min's power is a strong one; she can create and manipulate energy.  The potential for it was always in her DNA, but it took a near-death experience to awaken it.  This has upsides and downsides; she can always defend herself, but anything powered by electricity that she gets too close to will fritz.  The energy she creates can vary in power from a small shock to a lightning strike; she can also manipulate the energy to create a shield.  It appears as crackling blue light.[/indent]
[b]Weaknesses[/b]
[indent]Overuse of her powers results in a crippling headache.  Min has trust issues and PTSD, as well as an unwillingness to settle in any one place.[/indent]

[indent]Min's gun of choice is a Sig Sauer 1911.  She loves cats and had a Bengal cat before she joined the army.[/indent]
