[@Kieran] You don't need much honestly, Corellian sector is basically just a big trade route and the capital planet Corellia has large shipyards and access to trade routes that keep the Empire together. You'd just need to figure out your character. The wiki would be useful if you want to play a race that's not human, with plenty of near human one's or more out their races.

For ship's the Y-wing and X-wing are pretty common and were seen in the movies you could dig into it more if you wanted a obscure ship. Like the Naboo fighter or B-wing, it's after episode six so you would probably be able to use Imperial ship's if you wanted, through fixing them would be tough.

[@jordy0403] V-wing doesn't have a hyperdrive so maybe lose the droid to install one or move up to an A-wing. Clone war's Era ship's will be easier to fix due to older parts but they will be outperformed by more modern vessels.
