[@KabenSaal] I kinda envisioned her constantly at the fire admiring her work, making dozens of weapons, armor, gauntlets, helmets, sharpening weapons, repairing items, leveling up your blacksmithing skill, finding other players with rare blacksmith recipes, leveling up to keep up with the curve of the other players, running her business. When are you gonna have the time of day to do a supply run? 
I'm all fine with the idea that npc 'players' are buying it faster than you can make it but you having five other copies of yourself would be the only way to keep up with your "supply and demand" 
I have the supplies, you have the demand. Work with me and give an actual player some interaction and development.

Delcastle can get you any item you need. Quickly. Bulwar can find blacksmith only items since that's also his craft but only to keep his gear in good repair.
