Before I get the OOC going, I'd like to take a general survey of people to see what you'd like out of the RP. A few questions that I'd be nice to see you guys answer:

- What level of control should the characters have over canon events? Do you want to be actively manipulating the overall ASOIAF plot, or reacting to and dealing with situations caused by it?

- Do you want to see a basic system of 'stats' or 'traits' utilized? The former might bring it closer to a tabletop style, where you'd put a set amount of points into your character's abilities and from that your success at performing actions might be determined. The second would be similar, but with a series of skills or personality traits that you'd pick from a list and that might give bonuses or maluses to certain events. Obviously neither are strictly necessary, but it might be useful in quantifying character's abilities. 

- What should House Vypern's sigil and/or words be? They're such a minor house that we essentially have complete control over this.
