[@BytheSpleen], As far as the S-Rank implant goes- you're going to have to have a [i]very[/i] good reason for his ability to have such a high quality augment. I'm also going to increase the "recharge" time considerably, at [i]least[/i] half an hour between every 30 second burst of processing time, though I'll also allow a passive boost (like x2 processing speed) while the burst is not being used. The rest of it looks to be fine. Also waiting on a background for you.
