[indent]Alexandria nodded as she tapped her staff onto the roof, de-activating the tome back to its rather mundane scroll form.  Once she buckled the tome to her person, she lifted her hands above her head and waited.

Still, she could not help but look at the burning tower.  Just who in their right mind would ever want to challenge the strongest power in the world?  If anything, they were bold enough to attack the confines of the capital itself.

And yet, another question lingered in her head : why wasn't this hunt for the relics announced sooner?  Oh, such imperfect timing; she might've gotten off with a word or two, but...

Well, suppose something came around.  Silently, she attempted to activate her tome again.  If she ever got out of this, perhaps she wouldn't be too far behind.

After all, there were treasures waiting for her, especially back home in Rexicorg.[/indent]
