Lavender looked at the boy standing in the doorway. She started to say [i][color=ec008c]"Of course, there's..."[/color][/i] when she glimpsed the snake's head peering out from underneath his sweater. [color=ec008c][i]"Oh my is that a snake? Is that safe? Oh wow. It's a beauty, though!"[/i][/color] Lavender couldn't help it, she leaned forward to get a better look at the marvellous creature. 
[color=ec008c]"You're more than welcome to sit down, there's still room. That is, if the others don't mind."[/color] Lavender looked around at the others in her compartment and hoped nobody would object.
