A grim noire saga of a cursed town?
Sounds interesting.

Reading through the characters, we seem to lack a psychopath.
Ey, a grim dark city without a proper psycho is not grim and dark.

Question though. I noticed there's an option for 'Main' character and 'Recurring character'.
What does it entail precisely? I'd like to post from time to time, but it feels like this character would suit best as the "big baddie" of a good guy cop character, so should i keep him an extra since it makes the most sense to post his bigger activities?

I dunno, i'm rambling, i'm creating a proto-character sheet here.


Oh i just realized, if i also have like a pair of normal people, and post the juicy actions in hiders. I could be the villain of a detective thriller and people can actually try to figure out which of my characters is the real killer, as long as one doesn't open the wrong hiders that is.
And the ones who just wants to read the full story, just open all the hiders and read along.

Full Name: Johannes Michell
Nickname: John
Age: 31
Place of Birth: Justice
Family: None he meets, non of them live in Justice anymore.
Occupation: Legitimate, He's a janitor at a university.

Profile: John was born in Justice, and raised by his single mother after his father tragically died when John was 3. John was always a special child and preferred playing alone.
But his mother found this behavior normal, and recognized her own childhood in the little boy and let him be.
He didn't have many friends in school, but was not bullied either, he just wound up with a lot of time alone.

John always liked art, and particularly sculpting. He got good grades in school.

John doesn't make much noise for himself, he dutifully does his job every day. He has an arrangement with his boss so he only works 60% every day and as such has the evenings off due to his bad knee. Which he hurt in his twenties due to a workplace accident tripping when going down a folding ladder.

While at home he prefers to watch TV, listen to the radio and watch people outside.
And sit with his cat Morris in his lap, gently caressing and speaking softly to him.

In his childhood, he saw his father working on the roof with a safety line. John disengaged the safety line for his father. And when he fell, John simply watched, curious to his fathers new state. Never sad.

John liked to play in grove nearby, the reason why was often for the reason something had died there. Mostly he watched birds, fascinated by their decomposition process. Later on, he started sculpting with the parts.

In school the other kids found John "creepy", nothing they dared to tell.

Morris died years ago, he now keeps him in a jug of preserving fluid with a golden hue. He dutifully buys cat-food and feeds him everyday. By placing him near the bowl which he fills with food. The food is normally eaten by the multitude of rats with access to his run down apartment with poor lighting.
