She is, however, often mistaken for being a male because of her looks, how she acts and even how she talks. Her chest is also usually wrapped in bandage, "for easier battling", she says. It would be rare for one to look once and notice her female traits. Also, she has a scar running across the bridge of her nose.
Personality: A rather calm person, Zheng normally keeps a cool head. She isn't necessarily quiet, however, speaking up whenever she feels like it or when it is needed. Despite having known and witnessed the evil in the world, she would seem laid-back, though she actually is paying close observation. Zheng is also loyal, but she would only trust someone when she deems them worthy of her trust. Biography: Growing up in the mountains of the Tijang Shogunate, Zheng was trained personally by her father in kenjutsu. The training had started from a young age, and it was held in different terrains. This was because both her parents were skilled in the sword, thus they wanted their only child to be too. They also made sure to teach her many things, ensuring she was good in every aspect. The mountains were her escape whenever she feels the burden is too heavy. One particular spot had her attention though, and she often frequented it. It was a lake surrounded by trees. She would often climb one particular tree, sit on a certain branch, and play her spinning tops there. It was something relaxing for her, add to the fact that the place was pretty secluded. "To fight me, you have to kill her first." Her father was a renowned swordsman, the best in the village. He was a retired samurai who had served the Tijang military. That, and he had many enemies, too. Occasionally, the family would receive unwanted visitors who would come barging into their house, saying they would take his head. So he said those words to a man who came. Zheng was twelve at the time, but she was reluctantly forced to fight. It was a do-or-die battle. In the end, she killed the man, and her few friends had witnessed it too. From then on, they had feared her, not wanting to even get close to her. There were several more attacks after that one, but Zheng took care of those, too.
