[indent]Marisol was originally born into a Latino family-but adopted into the Carringtons at a young age, due to being orphaned.. Being adopted into a high-class family and society, a lot was expected of everyone including her. Everything seemed to be handed on a silver platter; much to Mari's dislike. She hated acting posh and so high up like her parents. As was growing up, life was hard and she watched her older siblings leaving one by one, every one she cared and loved left due to disputes, arguments and such with their parents...leaving Mari and the youngest behind for a few years. Mari doesn't recall ever being close to either parent-more close to her siblings and friends outside of the family than anyone else. She has made her fair share of mistakes and accidents, which got her into trouble on more than one occasion.


Marisol tried to take her mind off of everything with school and her studies; when she reached 14/15 years old she finally had enough and run off to a friend's house that was lives in New York. Mari had lived at her friend's house for a while-cutting off any and all contact with her parents, not looking back to contact them since then. When Mari turned 15, she met Peter during high school-there seemed to be a spark between the pair and 6 years late, turned into something wonderful. The young pair have been together for 6 years and happy together. Mari adores and cherishes Peter; he's always been supportive and takes good care of her.

Growing up, Marisol grew close to her older sister Tatiana. Both being adopted, and from different countries they had an instant bond. Tatia started to teach Marisol Russian from a young age-to current time. Mari's fascinating and eagerness to learn the new language, she took it up from schooling as well as home courses to improve. Tatia has been her language coach, throughout the years. Marisol attends Tatia's Ballet classes, whilst Tatia teaches her students in Russian, Mari expends her knowledge of the language and puts her photography skills to use. Marisol doesn't read or write, in Russian and sometimes has a partial Russian accent, any time she tries to copy Tatia's.
Through New York University, she attended a 2 week trip to Russia-expending on her language skills and knowledge of Russia in general. She has yet to surprise, Tatia with everything she's learned.

Growing older; Marisol finished high-school and college in Persue of being a model and photographer. Her education and skills of photography which has been a long term hobby helped her out at the modeling studio. With the support of her siblings and Peter, Mari has done well for herself, building a steady career she had wanted since she was young and home with her loved one. But life is never really perfect with the family drama going on, even if it may seem that way. Mari knows too well, that perfection and peace does not exist within her family...it's more chaos than anything..Mari has received a package from her estranged parents. The parents, she tried to forget and move on from for these last 6 years.[/indent]

Marisol has always been a bit scared off her father and his presence that demands respect. Whilst, she struggles to respect him at times, she always did her best. But past memories of him punishing her for a little accidents-left her with a deep dislike towards her father. Mari wishes, she would have been bit closer to at least one parent-but both of them have caused her damage that's stayed with her. She's not even sure how to approach him with a smile on her face-it's easy for her to be intimated by her own father.

Marisol does not have fond memories of Cassiopeia what-so-ever. The woman that's supposed to be her mother; had never acted motherly towards her or any of the other siblings. Marisol sees and remembers as cold, emotionless and barely there to raise her and her siblings. There were times, where she has been disciplined by her mother and father alike-but in a very strict manner. Marisol is rather tired, of trying to act perfect and trying to perfect herself beyond abilities and measures to satisfy her mother. Marisol address, Cass in a cold manor when calling her 'Mother'. The woman doesn't deserve to be called anything, after all...she hasn't been there.

Over all-Marisol just feels like a failure in her parent's eyes. Deep down, their family and she wants to see if this trip will restore any frail bonds. But it's highly doubtful, it won't get any better than what is.

Growing up, Marisol was taken under Tatiana's wing. The two girls grew close and are still closer than with other siblings. Mari felt protected by Tatiana when it came to their parents wrath, but she didn't escape every punishment due to Tatia's protection. Tatia, or Tati as Marisol likes to call her-has been more of a role-model and mother figure to Marisol than Cassiopeia. Tatiana even taught Marisol Russian-their secret code language of sorts. Marisol adores her older sister-and Tatia is one of the reasons why she moved and stayed in New York. The two girls can cause trouble at times.

Being around Gabe-Mari felt affection, love, safety and warmth that she didn't feel from their parents. She looks up to and loves her big brother. Whilst she felt they were close as kids-that closeness has been lost due to being in different places-not seeing each other that often like before. But she still tries to keep in touch with her big brother. She remembers her taught her knowledge that school did not-one of the perks of having a smart brother who's like a walking encyclopedia. Mari hopes, to re-kindle the closeness they once had.

Whilst Marisol and Rowan always had a rather steady and good relationship, with him being another protective person in her life. There have been a few incidents between them-especially when it came to him trying to please his father. It irritated her at times-she didn't understand, why he couldn't be happy just being himself. She felt like he was trying to hard to be like their father...in trying to achieve perfection. She loves her brother, but sometimes she wishes he would try and please himself...and be happy with how he turned out. He has a good thing going for himself...so why try and impress those, that made them run off and not look back?

Being the two youngest of the family-Marisol and Charlie were maybe the closest of the siblings that had been left behind once everyone left. Often playing together and getting each other into trouble. Marisol tried to protect and look after her younger brother-like Tatia did after her. She didn't want to see Charlie get hurt...but there came a time when she too left, leaving him alone. She regretted leaving like that...but there was only so much she could take. Nonetheless, she's proud of her baby-brother and what he has achieved. She still keeps in touch with Charlie, if he ever needs someone to talk to...she's there.

During High-school the two love-birds met, being one year apart in age. Despite their different interests, there was a spark between them. Marisol never really believed in love at first sight, until she met Peter. Ever since that day, he has been by her side-her rock and support in all things. Marisol adores and loves Peter dearly, he's her other half and she wouldn't know where she would be without him. He's always been there when she needs him, even when she doesn't ask...he always offers his help, advice, support and love. If there is anyone besides Tatia and Charlie, that knows her best. It would be Peter.

After 6 happy years together, they are still going strong and Marisol looks forward to her future with him. They live in a house in New York, having brought it together about a year or two ago.[/hider]
