No, everyone just controls their own character. The first few parts were more of an exception because cree did one large opening post where he controlled everyone (with some discussion beforehand) 

^Hence why I do not completely agree with him showing you guys that, it's incredibly confusing throwing you guys into that without any info about what we were doing xD

Really though, if you have any questions about the systems, just ask me or cree. The nullomancy system is quite in-depth and rather complicated despite of what cree likes to believe :P
