[@Temperance] Ferals basically gotta be caught in the act for confirmation, but there are clues: they're not all there mentally and they'll be notably stronger than other vampires of the same age. Also, Ferals may or may not be allies with one another. But with people hunting them, there is motivation to be friendly to another feral.
