I mean we got zombies, I guess a primal vampire can fit in there somewhere. I'd say let him have the creature, but make him correct any lore-related flaws in his bio to better fit things if necessary. 

But hey, I just work here, you're the Boss, Titan. If I were in charge, this RP would probably be full of Unicorns, hair trolls and gimps, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I cave easily :/
