[@Dead Cruiser] For the most part, these characters should look ready to jump in at the beginning of any chronicle. Some will be more powerful, and I would prefer these to belong to the more knowledgeable and literate players. Of course, some may also be less powerful, as everyone being equal is simply boring.

And Old, though there will be elements of New. I know the Old material far better, but I don't want to exclude people just because of that.
