As she led Ken back to her table, he rambled on about video games...or something. She simply nodded her head and smiled. She really had no idea what he was talking about but she knew, in cases like this, it's easier just to play along. She liked Ken, afterall. Sure he was a bit - lively - but his heart always seemed to be in the right place. Besides, how often could you count on a [i]guy[/i] for school spirit and enthusiasm? Hardly ever. She sat on the edge of her seat with her legs crossed and her chin in her palm. She was turned toward Ken who continued to be animated. She was still nodding and smiling, thankful that she had kept him out of detention this time.
