You should probably get a co-GM man if your busy this time of the year. A co-GM is helpful in taking some of the load for you if you ever need to take time off the Rp. Not that I'm suggesting myself as the co-GM, I would be horrible XD. Though one of these other fine gents or ladies would be good.
