Tom was ecstatic about the news of Par now free and the Enclave now running like a wounded animal.  Taking to the party Tom started drinking some alcohol.  He was no lightweight but drinking some of the heavier stuff quickly started to affect him after just a few.  Pushing the thought of attack they will most likely carry out out of his mind as he had fun with people he would probably spit on in any other situation.
