Vincent Gulfus
Vincent never got food that night. He felt too tired to get anything and without cause to continue he ended up giving up his arduous quest to get food instead going for a shower. A man without the cause to live is a man without food. But Vincent lived and would keep living for something he would never admit... but he will observe. Take from that in his mind what you will. Due to this he settled down for a good nights sleep. Vincent lay in his bed staring upwards towards the ceiling of his Dorm. He had to get to sleep, tomorrow would be the day he actually started this journey for real. Vincent's eyes began to close. His conscious drifting to what ever void from which it was forged. never the less Vincent began to dream...
A boy in white stood in a field of avarice his eyes looking like fractured tombs in the emblazoned skies that stood before him in this world of pure chaos. He knew little of the world around him only that he was alone or at least he thought he was alone. From no where in this miasma of a void. Appeared a castle An embassy of sorts the lacks of which where legendary. it stood tall with numerous towers and a magnitude of archers that would make attacking the castle an impossible task. Inside the boy walked the world was created by him after all in his subconscious in his mind he walked in the memories of what had transpired the day before interpreted into the events of the dream. He saw a small angelic lady playing a harp before her lord. She soon went of to a battle and never returned. soon the lord grew disheartened as many of his soldiers fell to the arcana magic of his unseen foe yet the war continued. half hearted the king summoned a being of old whom's price was great. The souls of two of his children. Payment paid the sorcerer rose, its eyes casting across the battlefield like a demonised glaze. Blood was in the air as the sorcerer ploughed through hordes of underlings trying to reach the evil High priestess. Yet fate only seemed to favour the evil in this world. And from the sky fell a forbidden tome that created ruin across the land... The lord surrendered executed by a lord of the spell book. The world around the boy in white began to shatter and flake away. Like paper burning away in the fire.

The next day
Vincent woke up with a start, he felt rested but he was awake before pretty much everyone else. He couldn't remember what he had dreamed about, which troubled him slightly . All he knew was that he might as well get going. Standing up from his bed which was still shadowed in darkness. He fumbled for a light-switch. Finding it on the wall he turned on the lights. Opening his closet he looked at what he was going to wear for the day but suddenly an invasive voice surprised Vincent. "EVERYBODY GET UP!!" The voice of Melchior yelled. The sudden noise caused Vincent to drop the shirt he had picked up to put on his bare chest. They still had one and a half hours to burn... even after the rude Wake up call, to get ready for the day. Vincent spent about 10 minutes getting dressed and emerged from his dorm wearing a pair of black trousers a white T-shirt and the unbuttoned dark green shirt of the wind uniform. Sure it wasn't the conventional uniform of the academy but under shirt still had the wind logo on the breast pocket, so Vincent thought it was all right. Neither the less he had to get something to eat or he would collapse for not eating for what seemed like an Eon. Vincent picked up his Light grey rucksack from his larger one. It was smaller then the one he had brought his stuff in... that was a given but it continued his necessary equipment. Vincent packed his duel disk inside of it as well for given measure. Placing his Deck and D-Ciever in their own respective pockets. His attire complete he stepped out into the hallways. Walking down the hallways Vincent looked at the people he walked past. They just didn't seem interesting enough, sure their was that odd person whom stood out but nobody else was of real importance. He could here a rumour starting about him being perverted yet it was only half true. He was a little perverted yes but he didn't look into the girls dorm rooms last night. No matter rumours didn't really bother him that much. Embarrassing as they are he couldn't stop them so he didn't try. Soon enough Vincent with his rucksack and all, finally reached the cafeteria and was one of the later ones to pull in. Grabbing a large glass of milk fit for a man of his calibre as well as a fitting amount of bread, Vincent sat down to dine by himself as he wondered what lessons he would be having first. Probably something that would bore him. For the next how ever long he was sat down. Vincent ended up consuming 7 glass's of milk and only a few pieces of bread to satisfy his hunger enough. He had sat alone during this whole period. too hungry to talk in the morning to even bother entering fluent conversation with anyone. Upon the conclusion of his eating, Vincent had perked up in flavour and personality returning back to his upbeat self. then the announcements sounded again and Vincent pulled out his D-Ciever to check what class he was in for... Turns out he was in for Fusion summoning. Seemed like a interesting way to start the day. With a smile on his face, he went for the elevator, he had seemed to grab one that was empty bar a few of the other early birds. Maybe he should of took his time instead of rushing to be early... not to worry. Entering the Fusion classroom. he was astounded by the sheer colouration of the walls. They created a sense of exuberance and excitement that Vincent wished he actually had fusion monsters in his deck to show for it. No matter. Vincent sat down on one of the benches directly beside the door. a few other people where also already in their spread unevenly around the benches. Vincent decided to sit alone but he would soon get company as more students came in. however their was still 5 minutes to go before the lesson began. So Vincent's eyes began to drift which is why he noticed the sleeping teacher. She seemed capable of teaching but the sleeping also made Vincent doubtful she could carry the lesson by herself... or was that just all a ruse to lure the early students into a false sense of security where she will then pounce and kick all the ass. Vincent didn't know. He just sat back and waited for the lesson to start.
