Powers: telekinesis- tetsuo's most used power. It's strong enough to topple a bridge and destroy an orbital space laser, while being versatile enough to create prosthetic limbs using parts salvaged from the wreckage of said space laser. He can also use it to fly. On top of this, telekinesis in itself grows stronger with practice. So in a way, there is no set limit to it's power.
Assorted psychic powers- the basic telepathy and teleportation and other stuff like that. Among them are abilities that allow him to survive in space
Psionic blast- this is based on the psychic being akira. Whose psychic power is similar enough to tetsuo's that it can be used to determine tetsuo's full potential. The momentary use of akira's power completely leveled a city. Leaving only a crater. It's worth mentioning however, that akira had lost control of his power during this time so it is unknown if he or tetsuo can use this ability.

Weaknesses:
Pride- due to having godlike psychic power, tetsuo sees himself as unstoppable, perhaps even godlike. As such, he's a bit careless
Typical human durability- tetsuo is, without a doubt, a force to be reckoned with. But as he is only human, he's easier to kill than you'd think. Remember how I talked about tetsuo taking out a space laser? Well, that was after it took his arm.
Difficulty in controlling his power- tetsuo's deadly combination of pride and psychic power make maintaining control pretty difficult. To make matters worse, he runs the risk of losing control entirely.
Bio: as a former member of a biker gang, tetsuo's life was pretty tough. The crippled economy of his home city didn't make it better either. But his life changed one day after nearly running over a psychic child. An event that lead to the awakening of his own power.
