[u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Bill tries to act calm and collected around people, in fact most people give into his facade, but he is really quite insane. One of his many pastimes is assaulting people and raping women, and when he assaults someone (and believe me, he does it a lot), he makes sure that it's painful. Among his interests are rape, violence, and classic rock.
[u][b]Bio:[/b][/u] Bill is batshit fucking insane. Why, I hear you ask? Is his family life horrible? No, in fact his parents treat him like a God. Is he bullied or picked on? No, in fact he's surprisingly very popular... So what is it? Nothing. He goes out and assaults people without a reason or care in the world. How has he never been caught? Hell if he knows.
After getting expelled several times, his parents enrolled him in Aosora High School. He still hasn't done anything bad there (yet), and the students aren't aware of his sociopathic tendencies... But that will all soon change.
