Faction:  Emperor of the Imperial Remnant

Background: Tyroc Cerellion was the son of a dignitary on Dathomir, who in turn was a brother of the Emperor, making Tyroc the Emperor’s nephew.  As he was in such a scenario,he was brought up sheltered from society, not revealing the true state of the Empire until he was well into his adolescence.  At the age of 12, he saw his first homeless man on the streets of Dathomir, alone and defenseless as people walked by unassuming.  He felt pity, shame, a sad sight that only piqued the young boy’s curiosity at the true state of the imperial remnant.  Even then, it did not take long to figure out that the Empire was far from its state under Emperor Palpatine hundreds of years ago.  

Rather than simply accept these terms as they were given, Tyroc vowed to do what he could to help the people of the Empire.  The government may not have had the reach they once did, nor did they have the resources, but Tyroc knew that in order for the Empire to regain its standing, they would have to regain their standing with the people first.  Even at the young age of 14, Tyroc organized and volunteered in food drives and programs to help the sick and poor on Danthomir, as he moved through his education began to spread his influence further, he began coordinating drives to get food and supplies to people on other Empire controlled planets.

When he became of age, he enlisted in the Stormtrooper academy, making sure he started at the bottom to prevent nepotism from his lineage to affect his methods.  Regardless, he became one of the Empire’s finest soldiers, within a few short years becoming highly decorated for his dedication and loyalty to defending the Empire.  However, he was very vocal when it came to the well being of the Empire’s subjects on other planets, and would refuse to follow unethical orders, explaining to his men that “It was thinking like that which got the Empire into its current position.”

As he climbed the ranks to General, he made several moves to try and resolve hostilities to the Republic as olive branches in an attempt to have both governments dissolve their violent history.  These were unsanctioned, and the Empire reprimanded him every time, but in Tyroc’s mind he had to try.  Those attempts failed every time, with the Republic refusing to send aid or even entertain any discussion with their most hated foe.  

Despite this, Tyroc brought peace and stability many times over to the people of the Empire, and became the unanimous heir to the throne when the previous emperor died.  At first he was reluctant, that kind of power was too much in his eyes, he was a man of the people, wanting to protect and save from his military position.  There was no denying the potential he could do as Emperor, however, so he eventually accepted.

Now his sits on the throne of the Emperor, preparing his next possible move to save his people and bring the Empire back to glory.

Character Personality:  Emperor Cerellion is a man of conviction and ambition, with designs to save the galaxy.  Unlike most in his position, he is not a man of cruelty or malice, but compassion and duty.  At his core, he is a good man, driven to help the people under his Empire as best as he can, with what he has.
