THE CITY OF PERIPHERY is exactly ten miles in diameter and surrounded completely by the wall-to-the-sky. Because of the finite space available in which to build, many sections of the city feature towering (and sometimes precarious) structures full of bridges and skyways. Overall the city is very clean, peaceful, colorful, generous and friendly, thanks to fleets of maintenance robots, electric hovercars and magic.
