The story and plot is just plain stupid but the whole 'girls with the spirits of warships'.....It's like really?
Spirits of warships? Girls have 'spirits' of warships? What, was there some kind of human experimentation or some shit they didn't reveal? Lol

Anyways, Everything about it is crap. Though, if you want to watch cute girls and have a high tolerance for shit, go for it.
