As for the setting, am I correct in assuming that knighthood doesn't really exist in Vrent at this point? I would imagine that a more modernized society with a standing military wouldn't be caught up in that kind of antiquated lord/vassal/fealty business when a more straightforward method of military organization is available. Is the title of "Sir" even used anymore, or is it more common to refer to high ranking soldiers by their rank? Is knighthood at least a familiar concept to the people of Enduwin? Is it still prevalent in some of the less developed areas, or has everyone moved past it at this point?
