[center][i]Biography[/i][/center]Hermione was born in Ohio, the oldest daughter in a large family. She grew up listening to her father's stories, tales about courage and magic and love, and is was this that imbued her with a vivid imagination (or so her mother thought). She was always an artist, from the moment she could pick up a pen or mold a bit of clay. Her parents wanted her to be a lawyer, but at least it was no surprise when she ended up in art school.

At school, she fell in love with a sensible man. She befriended Polixines Louis in one of her drawing classes, who then introduced her to his childhood friend - and his polar opposite in almost every respect. Leontes Wescott was on his way to law school and the Senate; he was serious and practical, but he was also kind, and he inspired her. They dated for three years before they married and moved to Stratford, where Leo opened a practice and Hermione found a studio. Not long after, Hermione became pregnant with their first child, Mamillius.

Max was a sickly child, and he lived for only two years before his heart gave out. His death tore a hole in the fabric of the Wescott family. Leo became distant, suspicious; Hermione was forced to find other shoulders to cry on. 

Just as Hermione believes that Leo is coming around, she discovers she is pregnant again. The thought of losing another child scares her, and it feels like it is much too soon, but she is determined to carry on, and build the family she has always dreamed of - if only she can find the right moment to tell her husband the good news.

[center][i]Relations[/i][/center][b]Leontes Wescott[/b] - Husband. They have a somewhat strained relationship right now, after the death of their first child, but Leontes is beginning to mend and so is their marriage.
[b]Polixines Louis[/b] - A close friend of both Hermione and Leo. His relationship with Hermione has gotten stronger as Leo has gotten more distant.
[b]Paulina Barrett[/b] - A close friend of Hermione. Paulina was the first person that Hermione went to after Max passed away.
