Kijani had a rather rough night. While she hadn't been put in the same room as last year, the dorm she was put in was similar. She had nightmares on and off, faceless fears leaving her heaving and sweating for the majority of the night. By the time dawn rolled around, she gave up on sleeping entirely. She showered, dressed, covered the bags under her eyes with well applied makeup, and headed out for the day. She'd hit the gym before class, to perk herself up.

Kassandra had her own room in the 'specialty' dorms, ones used for non-human students, or those with special requirements because of their powers. In place of a bed, a large pool was set into the floor, filled with fresh, filtered salt water. Kassy slept like a snail on a log, and cleaned up  before heading out for the second day. She was eager, excited about what she would learn today.
