Brooke watched with awe as Sara's muscles grew incredibly fast, then picked up the impossibly heavy weight. That was really cool! Then Leo volunteered for the next demonstration, and Brooke eagerly awaited the next exhibition. As Sara tossed the disc to Leo, Brooke saw movement out of the corner of her eye. Another orphan, a boy with a white jacket and a streak of grey in his brown hair, was quietly leaving the room. He had looked to be about her age. Brooke glanced around again, but nobody else seemed to have noticed that he was gone. He'd miss the rest of Power Development if he didn't come back soon. Normally, Brooke wouldn't have taken the initiative to approach someone, but the words of the driver echoed in her head: You can make new friends. She still didn't know how to make friends, but Brooke decided that, just this once, it wouldn't hurt to try. If they were quick, maybe they could be back in time for Sara's demonstration. She slipped out through the gym doors after him, footsteps quiet on the floor. The boy was sitting on the floor outside the gym, curled up with his arms wrapped around his legs. "Hello? You'll miss power development," Brooke said. Wait. That was the wrong order. According to her aunt, you were supposed to introduce yourself to people before you started talking to them. "I'm Brooke," she tried again. "What's your name?" [@Blizz]
